LOVEMI is designed as a social and connection platform. Privacy can depend on the feature you use, the choices you make and the permissions required for that feature. This policy describes the main information flows and the controls that may be available to you. It should be read together with LOVEMI's Terms, Help and other applicable notices.
Scope and applicationWhat this policy covers
This policy applies to LOVEMI webpages, account areas, application programming interfaces, support features and other services that reference this policy. It covers information submitted directly by a person, information created by platform activity and information generated for security, support and service administration.
Some third-party websites, payment providers, communication providers or external services may have their own privacy policies. Those policies may apply when you leave LOVEMI or use a service operated by another organization.
Information you provideRegistration, profile and support information
Depending on the feature, LOVEMI may receive information such as:
- Username, full name and other profile details.
- Email address, telephone number and country information.
- Account verification and recovery information.
- Profile descriptions, preferences and other information you choose to add.
- Photos, videos, posts and other media submitted through supported features.
- Messages, support requests, reports and communications sent to LOVEMI.
- Payment references, transaction status, currency and service information associated with purchases.
Account and authentication dataKeeping your account accessible and protected
LOVEMI may process account identifiers, login credentials in protected form, verification status, account state, session information and security events to authenticate users and protect accounts.
Authentication may involve account verification, password recovery, session controls, device or browser indicators, and other security checks. Some access decisions can be based on current server-side account status rather than browser-only information.
You are responsible for protecting your password and verification information. LOVEMI support personnel should not need your password to investigate an ordinary support request.
Profile information and visibilityPublic, member-only and private information
LOVEMI may display selected profile fields to other visitors or members according to the design of the relevant page, account state, approval state and applicable privacy controls.
Information intended for account administration or security should not be treated as public profile information. This can include passwords, authentication secrets, private recovery information and sensitive administrative records.
Profile visibility can change when an account is suspended, deleted, blocked, restricted, pending approval or otherwise unavailable.
Photos, videos and postsMedia submission, review and visibility
When supported by an account and the platform rules, you may submit photos, videos, profile media, posts, captions and related content. LOVEMI may create records needed to store, display, moderate, review or remove that content.
- Uploaded content may require approval before wider visibility.
- Content may be reviewed when required for moderation, reports, security or platform operation.
- Removed or rejected content may remain in administrative or backup systems for a limited period when needed for security, dispute handling or recovery.
- Do not upload another person's private information or content without appropriate permission.
- Do not use public posts to publish passwords, identity numbers, verification codes, bank details or similar secrets.
Connections and relationship activityRequests, approvals and member interactions
LOVEMI may store connection requests, relationship states, blocking information, approvals and other records needed to operate member-to-member interaction features.
Connection information may be visible to the people involved or to authorized administrators depending on the feature. Blocking, reporting, moderation or account restrictions may change what another member can see or do.
Messages and communicationsPrivate conversations and service communications
LOVEMI may process message content and communication metadata to provide messaging, notifications, delivery status, abuse prevention, technical support, investigation of reports and enforcement of platform rules.
A message being displayed as private in the user interface does not mean it is outside all operational processing. Authorized systems or personnel may need to access certain information when required for security, moderation, support, legal obligations or platform maintenance.
Location and device informationLocation-aware and security features
Some LOVEMI features may use approximate location, browser information, device identifiers or technical connection data. Location features should be designed around the service need rather than unnecessary exposure of exact coordinates.
Location permissions can be controlled through your device or browser where the relevant feature supports those controls. Refusing a permission may make the related feature unavailable.
Device and session information can also help detect unusual access, recognize a returning browser, investigate account security events and improve service reliability.
Usage, technical and log informationHow the service operates
When you use LOVEMI, technical systems may create records such as IP address, request time, browser type, operating system, device indicators, page or API activity, error information and security events.
These records can be used to maintain availability, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, protect accounts, investigate suspicious activity and understand how the platform is performing.
Cookies, sessions and local browser storageRemembering and securing your session
LOVEMI may use session cookies and similar browser mechanisms to keep users signed in, maintain security state, preserve temporary preferences and support navigation. These mechanisms may be necessary for account functionality.
Browser settings can restrict cookies or local storage, but doing so may prevent login, account actions or other platform features from working correctly.
Notifications, email and support communicationsMessages from LOVEMI
LOVEMI may send transactional messages related to registration, verification, password recovery, account security, payments, support tickets, service updates and other actions you initiate.
Some communications are necessary to deliver the requested service. Other notification choices may depend on your account settings and the options supported by the platform.
Payments and Premium servicesTransaction records and payment partners
When a user purchases a Premium service or another paid feature, LOVEMI may keep records such as the service selected, amount, currency, order reference, payment method category, transaction status and timestamps.
Payment details may also be processed by the relevant payment provider. LOVEMI should not need to store sensitive payment authentication secrets when those are handled directly by the payment provider.
Exchange-rate records may be used where pricing in local currency requires conversion from a configured base currency. Payment status can be checked against current server records.
Support requests and reportsHelp, complaints, privacy concerns and safety reports
Information submitted through the Help or Contact systems may be stored as a support record. A typical support record can include your name, email, category, subject, message, account reference when available and technical request information.
Support requests may be shared internally with authorized administrators or service personnel when needed to resolve the request, investigate a report, improve the service or protect users.
When the LOVEMI support system sends an email, the email service may use the configured LOVEMI mail account and mail provider to deliver the message.
How information may be usedService delivery and platform protection
Information may be used for purposes including:
- Creating and maintaining accounts.
- Authenticating users and protecting sessions.
- Displaying profiles and member content according to platform rules.
- Providing connections, messaging, notifications and Premium services.
- Processing and reconciling transactions.
- Responding to support requests and privacy complaints.
- Detecting spam, fraud, abuse, suspicious access and other security problems.
- Moderating content and enforcing platform rules.
- Maintaining backups, logs and system reliability.
- Improving usability, performance and service functionality.
When information may be sharedOperational, legal and safety reasons
LOVEMI may share information with authorized service providers or systems when necessary to operate the platform. Examples can include hosting, email delivery, payment processing, communications, analytics or security services, depending on what is enabled.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to respond to valid legal requirements, enforce platform rules, investigate abuse, protect users, protect the service or prevent serious harm.
LOVEMI does not make a promise that information is never disclosed. The specific disclosure depends on the feature involved and the circumstances requiring it.
Security measuresProtecting information and platform access
LOVEMI may use technical and administrative safeguards such as authentication controls, role-based access, database permissions, password protection, verification, secure sessions, server-side validation, logging, moderation and backup controls.
Security measures are reviewed and improved as the platform changes. However, no website, database, email system or internet connection can guarantee absolute security.
Users can help protect their accounts by using unique passwords, keeping verification information private, avoiding suspicious links and reporting unexpected account activity promptly.
Data retentionHow long information may remain
LOVEMI may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the relevant service, maintain account history, process transactions, handle disputes, investigate abuse, satisfy operational needs, preserve backups or meet applicable obligations.
Different categories of information can have different retention periods. For example, active account records, payment records, security logs, moderation records and backups may not all be stored for the same length of time.
Deleting information from the active application does not necessarily mean every backup or security record is immediately erased.
Your account and privacy controlsChoices available through LOVEMI
Depending on the feature, you may be able to:
- Review and update profile information.
- Change available privacy and account settings.
- Manage connections and blocked users.
- Remove or update supported profile content.
- Control supported location permissions through your device or browser.
- Request assistance with account access or privacy concerns.
- Request account deletion where the feature is available.
Account deletion and deactivationWhat can happen when an account is closed
If account deletion or deactivation is available and you request it, LOVEMI may disable access to the account and remove or anonymize some active records according to the platform's deletion process.
Some records may need to remain for a limited period for security, fraud prevention, financial reconciliation, dispute handling, backups or other operational reasons. Public content may also be removed, hidden or detached from the account depending on the relevant feature.
Third-party servicesProviders connected to LOVEMI
LOVEMI may depend on third-party infrastructure or providers for services such as email delivery, payment processing, hosting, security, messaging or other technical functions.
A third-party provider may process information according to its own terms and privacy policy. LOVEMI may configure the data sent to a provider to support the requested feature, but provider systems operate outside LOVEMI's direct application interface.
International processingInformation may cross service boundaries
Depending on the providers and infrastructure used by LOVEMI, information may be processed or stored in countries or regions different from where a member lives. The applicable safeguards and legal requirements can depend on the provider and the location involved.
LOVEMI may use reasonable technical and contractual measures appropriate to the services enabled for the platform, subject to the capabilities of those providers.
Age and appropriate useProtecting younger users
LOVEMI should only be used by people who meet the minimum age and eligibility requirements stated in the platform's registration rules and Terms. Do not create an account by providing a false age or someone else's identity information.
If LOVEMI becomes aware that an account was created in violation of applicable age requirements, the account may be restricted, suspended or removed as appropriate.
Moderation, reports and blocked usersSafety and platform integrity
Reports, blocked-user records, moderation decisions and account restrictions may be stored to protect members and maintain platform integrity.
Content or accounts may be reviewed when a report, security event or administrative process requires investigation. Moderation records may be retained even after content is no longer visible to ordinary users.
Automated and database-driven decisionsCurrent server information
LOVEMI uses database-driven application logic to determine current account state, profile status, Premium status, connection state, notification state and other service conditions.
A browser may display different information briefly while a current server request is being made. Where practical, important account and access decisions should be validated against current server records rather than relying only on stale browser data.
Security incidents and investigationsWhen something goes wrong
LOVEMI may investigate suspected unauthorized access, data loss, abuse, malicious software, fraudulent activity or other security incidents. Investigation records may include technical logs, account identifiers, timestamps and relevant platform activity.
Where appropriate and feasible, LOVEMI may take steps to contain an incident, restore affected systems, strengthen controls and communicate information required for the affected service.
Accuracy and responsible disclosureKeeping your information useful
You should keep important account information accurate and current, especially information needed for authentication, recovery or support. Incorrect information can make it harder to verify account ownership or provide assistance.
Do not use LOVEMI to impersonate another person or submit information that you know is false for the purpose of bypassing account controls.
Privacy requests and complaintsHow to contact LOVEMI about privacy
You may contact LOVEMI about a privacy concern, an account-data question, an access problem, a correction request or another privacy-related matter through the support channels listed on the Contact page.
To protect accounts, LOVEMI may need to verify the identity or account relationship of a requester before disclosing or changing certain information.
Changes to this Privacy PolicyKeeping the policy current
LOVEMI may update this Privacy Policy when platform features, service providers, security practices or operational processes change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated review date.
Material changes may be communicated through the platform or another appropriate notice where required. Continued use of a service after an update may be subject to the revised policy.

Privacy summaryA practical view
LOVEMI collects information needed to provide accounts and platform services, uses operational and security data to keep the service working, and may share limited information with providers that help operate enabled features. Profile and interaction visibility can depend on account state, permissions, moderation and the feature involved.
The most important privacy rule is simple: share only what is appropriate for the feature, keep your authentication secrets private, review your account settings, and contact LOVEMI support when something looks wrong.
