Use LOVEMI. Use it responsibly.

By accessing, registering for, or using LOVEMI, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and the applicable LOVEMI policies.

When you use a particular feature, additional instructions or rules shown for that feature can form part of the terms governing that use.

LOVEMI must only be used by people who meet the minimum age and eligibility requirements stated during registration and permitted by applicable law.

You must not create an account by providing a false age, false identity, or another person's information. If eligibility requirements are not met, access may be denied or removed.

Registration information must be accurate, current and reasonably complete. Depending on the registration flow, LOVEMI may request information such as username, full name, gender, email, country, phone number and identity or verification information.

• Do not register another person without authorization.
• Do not deliberately enter false or misleading information to bypass account controls.
• Keep recovery and contact information updated where possible.
• Provide verification information only through the official LOVEMI account process.

You are responsible for keeping your password, authentication information, recovery details and active sessions secure. Do not share passwords or one-time verification codes with other people.

LOVEMI may request security verification, limit sessions, or restrict an account when unusual activity or a security risk is detected.

If you believe someone has gained unauthorized access to your account, contact LOVEMI support as soon as practical.

LOVEMI is provided for legitimate social, discovery, communication and approved platform purposes. You must not use the service to:

• Harass, threaten, bully, stalk or intimidate other people.
• Impersonate a person, organization or administrator.
• Operate scams, fraud, phishing or deceptive schemes.
• Publish or distribute unlawful, abusive or prohibited content.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, access controls or payment protections.
• Probe, attack, overload or deliberately disrupt LOVEMI systems.
• Collect another member's private information without an appropriate reason or permission.
• Use automation, scripts or scraping in a way that violates platform rules or burdens the service.

You are responsible for content you submit to LOVEMI, including text, captions, comments, photos, videos and profile material.

You must have the necessary rights or permission to submit content and must not use LOVEMI to publish another person's confidential information or material you are not permitted to share.

• Content can be reviewed under moderation and safety processes.
• Content can be rejected, hidden, removed or restricted when it violates rules.
• Accounts can be limited when repeated content violations occur.
• Do not upload passwords, authentication codes, payment secrets or sensitive identity records into public content.

When you submit content to LOVEMI, you grant the platform the permissions reasonably necessary to host, store, process, display and deliver that content as required by the feature you chose to use.

This does not mean LOVEMI automatically owns your underlying intellectual property. You remain responsible for ensuring that your submission is lawful and does not violate another person's rights.

LOVEMI provides tools that may allow members to discover people, create connections and communicate. A platform connection does not guarantee that a person is trustworthy, suitable, verified in every respect, or known to you.

You are responsible for your own decisions when interacting with other people. Use good judgment and avoid sharing information that could compromise your safety or account.

Messaging features must be used respectfully and for lawful purposes. Do not use messaging to threaten, harass, scam, spam, impersonate or repeatedly contact someone who does not want further communication.

Messages and related metadata may be processed for service delivery, notifications, security, reporting, moderation and technical support.

LOVEMI's handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using LOVEMI, you acknowledge that information can be processed as necessary to provide the services, maintain security, support members and operate enabled features.

Do not publish private information about another person without an appropriate legal basis or permission.

LOVEMI may use email verification, phone verification, account review, moderation or other checks before allowing particular actions or access.

Passing one verification check does not necessarily guarantee that all information provided by a member is accurate or that every future activity is permitted.

LOVEMI may review reports, profiles, posts, media, messages or other activity when reasonably necessary to enforce platform rules, investigate suspected abuse, protect users or maintain the service.

• Content may be temporarily hidden while being reviewed.
• An account may receive a warning, restriction, suspension or removal.
• Repeated or serious violations may result in stronger enforcement.
• Moderation decisions may consider the available evidence and the current state of the account.

You may use LOVEMI reporting or support features to raise concerns about accounts, content, communications, fraud, impersonation or other misuse.

False, abusive or deliberately misleading reports may themselves violate these Terms. Provide enough information to help an administrator understand the issue without sending unnecessary sensitive material.

Where available, members may block or restrict other users. LOVEMI may also restrict interactions as part of safety, moderation or security enforcement.

Blocking does not necessarily remove existing administrative, security, moderation or transaction records associated with past activity.

Premium provides access to additional services or functionality displayed by LOVEMI. A Premium service may have its own eligibility, duration, usage or availability rules.

Access can depend on the current subscription record held on the server. A subscription can expire, be cancelled, deactivated, suspended or otherwise become unavailable according to its status and the applicable rules.

When you purchase a paid LOVEMI service, the platform may create transaction records containing the amount, currency, selected service, order reference, payment status and related timestamps.

Payment providers may separately process payment information according to their own terms. A successful payment request does not necessarily mean Premium access is permanent or cannot later be restricted under these Terms.

Prices and currencies may differ by service, country, payment route or configuration. The applicable amount should be displayed before you complete the purchase.

Where local-currency pricing depends on a configured exchange rate, the resulting amount may vary when the rate is updated. The transaction amount confirmed at checkout is the amount associated with that purchase request.

Refund eligibility, payment reversals and transaction disputes depend on the payment method, service terms, transaction state and applicable law.

When a transaction problem occurs, provide the relevant payment or order reference through the official support process. Do not send passwords or payment security secrets.

Support is provided through available LOVEMI support channels. Information in a support request must be accurate enough to help investigate the problem.

LOVEMI may store support tickets and use the information in them to respond, investigate security issues, improve the service or maintain appropriate records.

You must not attempt to compromise LOVEMI security, bypass technical controls, access data belonging to another user, introduce malicious code, overload endpoints, or interfere with normal platform operation.

LOVEMI may use technical controls, logging, authentication, rate limits, blocking and administrative review to protect the service.

Unless otherwise stated, LOVEMI software, branding, logos, layout, text, design elements and other platform materials may be protected by intellectual property rights.

You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, sell, mirror or exploit protected LOVEMI materials except where permitted by law or with authorization.

LOVEMI can depend on third-party services such as payment providers, email providers, hosting infrastructure or other technical systems.

Third-party services may have independent terms, privacy practices, availability and fees. LOVEMI is not responsible for every aspect of a third-party service that operates outside LOVEMI's direct control.

LOVEMI may update, modify, suspend or temporarily interrupt features for maintenance, security, legal requirements, infrastructure changes, service-provider issues or other operational reasons.

Not every feature is guaranteed to be available at all times, and a service may change as the platform develops.

LOVEMI may suspend, restrict or terminate an account when there is a reasonable basis to believe that the account violates these Terms, creates a security risk, is involved in fraud or abuse, or otherwise requires enforcement action.

Access can also be limited for technical, legal, verification or payment-related reasons where appropriate.

You may close your account through available account controls or by contacting support where the normal account process is unavailable.

Closing an account does not necessarily erase every record immediately. Information can remain where reasonably necessary for security, financial records, dispute handling, backups, moderation or legal obligations.

LOVEMI provides platform tools for discovery, connection and communication. It does not guarantee that another member is honest, suitable, available, safe, or compatible with you.

You are responsible for evaluating information, making decisions about interactions, protecting your personal information and following applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LOVEMI is not responsible for every loss caused by events outside reasonable platform control, including certain third-party outages, network failures, device problems, unauthorized actions by other users or interruptions caused by force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Where permitted by applicable law, a user may be responsible for losses, claims or costs caused by the user's unlawful use of LOVEMI, serious policy violations, fraud, infringement of another person's rights, or deliberate misuse of the platform.

Questions concerning these Terms should first be raised through LOVEMI support so the issue can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved directly.

Any legal rights, remedies, dispute procedures or governing-law provisions that apply to your use of LOVEMI are subject to the mandatory requirements of the jurisdiction that applies to the relevant matter.

LOVEMI may update these Terms when the platform, features, payment arrangements, security practices, legal obligations or operational processes change.

The updated version will be published on this page. Where appropriate, material changes may also be communicated through the platform or another suitable notice.

If a particular provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid to the extent permitted by applicable law, the remaining provisions should continue to operate unless the law requires otherwise.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and applicable feature-specific notices or rules, describe the principal conditions governing your use of LOVEMI.
